Due provisions of about 2.5 acres of land has been made with due care of tying up with brands for retail space, ample space parking, mulitplexes, food courts, play stations etc. Submission plans are already in the advanced stage of completion.

Basic feature of the township with respect to amenities are as follows:
a) The necessary infrastructure to fulfill per capita demand of water per day for various usages like drinking and other purposes, with necessary back-up arrangements would be provided as part of scheme.
b) An independent power generation and distribution network is envisaged for the city. Sufficient power supply using latest distribution systems would be ensured. Which means in short the provision of 100% power back-up facility.
