HBN group propses to launch the HBN Sunrise City - II, Bathinda, on the main Dabwali Road. For this HBN group has already acquired about 13 acres of land. Submission plans have been forwarded to authorities and negotiation with architects and contractors are in the advanced stage of finalization.
HCPL proposes to lauch a fully integrated township on the prime land at Indore spread over about 36 acres of land having ample provisions of high rise, dwelling units, schools, commercial space, hospitals etc. Land has already been acquired and Submission plans are in the advance stage of completion and negotiations with architects & contractors are in the advanced stage of finalization.

To take care of shopping as well as recreational needs at HBN Sunrise City, Mansa Road, Bathinda, HCPL porposes the development of shopping Mall-cum-Multiplex in the city itself. Due provisions of about 2.5 acres of land has been made with due care of tying up with brands for retail space, ample space parking, mulitplexes, food courts, play stations etc. Submission plans are already in the advanced stage of completion.

Services :-
Basic feature of the township with respect to amenities are as follows:

a) The necessary infrastructure to fulfill per capita demand of water per day for various usages like drinking and other purposes, with necessary back-up arrangements would be provided as part of scheme.

b) An independent power generation and distribution network is envisaged for the city. Sufficient power supply using latest distribution systems would be ensured. Which means in short the provision of 100% power back-up facility.

c) The latest sewage disposal system would be employed throughout the hi-tech city, and a sewage treatment plant with adequate capacity would be ensured. Apart from this, sufficient system for Rain Water Harvesting, Rain Water disposal etc would also be included in the provided facilities.

Apart from this, wholesale and retail trading complexes and vegetable markets also feature in the design scheme.

f) Large green areas as parks and jogging tracks would be allotted and that would please the health conscious-nature lovers all-alike.

g) Keeping in view the existing and future needs of parking requirements for a large township, parking lots with matching international standards would be provided.

h) Keeping in view the ever-growing need for safety and security, it has been decided that the total township will be boundary walled with fencing with limited entry and exit to the township. The design would ensure that no negative spaces are generated which may develop into criminal pockets at later stage.
